FAQ

All of our products are made locally by moms in Idaho! Each bow is made to order to allow you to customize exactly what you want.  

SHOP ORDERS:

  • SHIPPING-Current turnaround is 2-3 weeks. Each item is made to order, but we try to get them out as quickly as possible. Items are shipped via USPS First Class and generally arrive in 3-5 business days once they are shipped. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If you need your order for a specific day/event, please email us BEFORE you place your order. We can generally accommodate these requests but must have enough notice. 
  • ORDER CHANGES-Please email us at everlyavenue@gmail.com within 48 hours if you need to make any edits to your order.
  • RETURNS/EXCHANGES-Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. We must be notified within 5 business days of your delivery if you feel there is a problem or error with your order. We want you to love your purchase so if you'd like to exchange for a different size/color, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

  • CHARGE DATE-Subscriptions are charged on the 22nd of each month for the following set. (i.e. March 22nd for the April set)
  • SHIPPING-Subscriptions start shipping on the 25th and take around 10 days to all ship out. You may receive a shipping notification up to 5 days in advance due to shipment prep. If it has been a week and you don't see any tracking updates, send an email to everlyavenue@gmail.com.
  • ORDER COMBINATIONS-If you choose to order other bows from our shop, the order must be placed by the 15th of the month. Any orders placed after this date will cause your subscription to ship late.
  • SUBSCRIBER DISCOUNT-Make sure to check out your sign up email to get your subscriber exclusive coupon to use in the shop!
